BACKGROUND

Gretchen Bleiler is one of the most accomplished female snowboarders in the world. As a top to her incredible list of medals and contest wins, Gretchen most recently won the Silver medal at the 2006 Winter Olympic Games in Torino, Italy.

A pioneer in the world of women's snowboarding, Gretchen was the first female to land a Crippler 540 in competition. She has won more halfpipe competitions in 2003, 2005, 2006 and 2007 than any other female snowboarder.

Gretchen is an active spokesperson in the fight against global warming, working closely with StopGlobalWarming.org, building awareness around this important cause.
