BACKGROUND

Jessica Mendoza is one of the top hitters in the world, as the MVP of both the World Championships (hitting .500) and the World Cup (hitting .615) in August and July of 2006 respectively.

She has been a member of the US Women’s National Softball Team since 2001 and was a key member of the Gold-medal-winning team at the 2004 Olympic Games. During the Olympic Games she was a left field starter in every game.

Since 2006, Jessica has been a member of the first-ever PFX tour, a professional softball league which tours six to ten cities a year, bringing amateur and professional athletes together to meet, learn and compete at the same event.

In 2005, Jessica played professionally in the NPF for the Arizona Heat, making the all-star team with a team leading .492 batting average and 8 home runs.

In 2002, Jessica graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies. In 2003 she earned a Master of Arts degree in Social Sciences in Education from Stanford University.
